Who we are?

A Maltese professional Investor Fund for qualifying investors, an ABSOLUTE RETURN fund, multi-strategy, specialized in relative value strategies on index Options.
Our structure is wholly based in Malta and has the best Maltese professionals, supported by an advanced technologic infrastructure built with geographically distributed servers, fast lines, and proprietary software that supports all the activities of the fund managers, from the choice of the investment to the risk monitoring with extremely low and transparent costs.

Why Malta?

Because the interest of our customers comes before ours. EICO funds SICAV plc falls under the European legislation AIFMD, we have chosen Malta as equal in terms of legislation and therefore of protection, also guaranteeing excellent skills, is more economical. We believe that our customers have not to pay our marketing, our results are our brand and not our legislation. We are proud to be a Maltese funds.

Our Objective

First of all, protecting capital, then, beat the inflation rate in the most constant and strongest way possible.

What we do

We have created a revolutionary proprietary pricing and risk return option model. We questioned the models used today for option pricing, studying them from the original assumptions and we generated a model that could take advantage of the gaps in these models. The strategy is simple and effective with total control of risk and volatility. It consists mainly of the sale of put options, the duration and distance to strike are defined by our model. Our software selects the options based on the result of their projection in an extreme stress scenario.

Paragraph 3bis

High-net-worth individuals may declare in writing that they wish to be deemed
qualified investors. In addition, the Federal Council may make such persons’ suitability as qualified investors dependent on certain conditions, specifically technical qualifications

Investors who have concluded a written discretionary management agreement as defined in Article 3 Paragraph 2b and c are deemed qualified investors

SFDR Disclosure

Due to the small size of the Fund’s assets and the nature and scale of its activities, the Fund does not consider principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors as defined by the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019. The reasons for so doing is due to the fact that the Fund is investing indirectly in the music industry, primarily in music royalties, where there are very limited opportunities to take into account sustainability factors. Nevertheless the Fund is typically also active in the social sphere where it donates towards good causes.
